Jenna Stew?
The other day, feeling cold and just wanting something warm and hearty for dinner, I forwent my usual pasta dish and - gasp! - got vegetables and invented a dish. I honestly had no idea what I was doing, Googling things like "how long to sauté carrots," but it came out well - here is a mixture of boiled/sautéed potatoes, carrots, cherry tomatoes (my most expensive indulgence), tuna, spinach, onions, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Yum! It has been lasting me days.

My gosh, this looks good! And so healthy. You know, cooking is an art; baking is a science. You have been most creative.
